We provide academic support services designed to help you at every stage of your research and writing. Here is how our process works:

Services Provided

We offer academic support services across three areas: Writing Support, Research Support, and Publication Support, as described on our Services pages. We do not guarantee acceptance or publication by any journal, institution, or academic body. Our role is to support and improve the quality of your work, not to promise specific outcomes.

Submitting a Request & Deadlines

You begin by submitting a request through our form with your project details, files, and your preferred deadline. We require a minimum of 3 days for delivery, counted from the date we receive your advance payment and all required files. Requests that cannot be completed within this minimum time cannot be accepted. After reviewing your project, we will send you an invoice stating the scope, total price, and delivery time. If payment or required files are received later than expected, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.

Advance Payment

Work begins only after you have paid 50% of the invoice amount as an advance. The remaining 50% is due before the final files are released.

Review & Revisions

Once the work is ready, we will share a review copy with you. The review copy is provided for evaluation purposes only and may be watermarked or view-only. You are entitled to 3 free revisions during the review stage, before final delivery, provided the requests stay within the original scope of the project. Any additional revisions during the review stage, and any revision requested after the final files have been delivered, will be charged separately, regardless of how many free revisions were used. Errors made by us (such as typographical or formatting mistakes) will be corrected free of charge.

Final Payment & Delivery

After you have reviewed and approved the work, the remaining balance must be paid. Final files are delivered only once the full invoice amount has been received.

Client Responsibilities & Policies

Using our services also comes with a few responsibilities on your end, along with our commitments to you. Here's what that looks like: 

Accuracy & Originality

You are responsible for providing content and data that is accurate, complete, and your own original work (or used with proper authorization), so that we can deliver the best possible support. 

Academic Integrity

It is your responsibility to ensure that using our services aligns with your institution’s academic integrity policies. We recommend checking your university or journal’s guidelines before submitting your project.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your request at any time by contacting us in writing (Email or WhatsApp). If you cancel before we begin work, no charges apply. If you cancel after work has begun but before the review copy has been shared, your advance payment will be retained to cover the work completed. If you cancel after the review copy has been shared, the full invoice amount remains payable, as the work will have been completed.

Refund Policy

Please review your work carefully before approving it. Once you have reviewed and approved the work, full payment has been made, and the final files have been delivered, the order is considered complete and final. No refunds will be issued after delivery.

Confidentiality & Third-Party Tools 

All documents and personal information you share with us are treated as confidential and are not sold or used for advertising. To deliver our services, we may use trusted third-party tools to process your documents. We do not share your work with any other third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Liability

We are not responsible for final decisions made by journals, universities, or institutions regarding your submitted work, as these are beyond our control.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our services grow. Continued use of AcademaXpert's services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
